Who we are

Panorama Arts is part of an all-inclusive arts collective that promotes relationships between people of all walks of life and the artistic community at large.

To be inclusive means to actively celebrate people of various backgrounds.

The Panorama Arts Collective will provide artistic experiences, performances, and classes in a transparent and inclusive environment. To be inclusive means to actively welcome, respect, and value people of various backgrounds and identities. This includes the correct use of identifying pronouns, genders, sexual orientations, and personalities. We ensure our participants, directors, and educators will be respected, show respect and celebrate each person, ensuring that they feel a sense of belonging and have equal access to opportunities, rather than simply “tolerating” differences.

All individuals are expected to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion of any kind is never allowed, including behavior based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, body size, or any other protected characteristic.
